Credits & Billing
The account view
Under the Billing tab, the account section is home base for ongoing subscription management. From here you open the payment portal, cancel or reactivate your subscription, and pull up invoices.
The portal itself is hosted by the payment provider, and that is where your card details and the raw billing record live. Invoices for past periods are listed so you can download them for your own records or hand them to accounting.
Cancel and reactivate
Cancelling stops the subscription from renewing; it does not wipe out the time you already paid for. Reactivate before the period ends and you stay on the plan without a gap. Both are buttons in the account section, not something you have to email anyone about.
Because these run through the same webhook path as upgrades and top-ups, a status change can take a moment to show. If a cancel or reactivate does not update right away, check back shortly before you assume it failed.
Providers and permissions
Pinnora can route payments through more than one provider, with a primary and a fallback, so checkout keeps working even if one provider has a bad day. Think of it like a backup generator: you never flip the switch yourself, the system handles the failover. You do not choose the provider.
As with the rest of billing, these are owner-only actions. Admins can view invoices and the current plan, but cannot open the portal to change payment or cancel. That keeps money actions with the one person who owns the org.
