Credits are the fuel gauge for everything you make in Pinnora. One credit equals one dollar of usage, and every image, video, research run, and chat with Atlas draws from a single tank that your whole organisation shares. Watch that gauge and billing will stop surprising you.

You manage all of it from two tabs on the organisation home. The Usage tab tells you where credits went: charts, a storage meter, and a line-by-line ledger. The Billing tab tells you what you pay and on what plan: plans, top-ups, invoices, and the payment portal. Learn which tab answers which question and you will always know where to look.

One honest note before you spend a cent. Credit spending itself is live and exact, debited the moment work completes. The payment side is not proven instant end to end. Checkout opens a hosted page, and the credits or plan you bought are granted afterward by a webhook from the payment provider. That grant can lag, and in production it has sometimes needed an operator to fix it by hand. Treat paying as usually fast, not instant guaranteed.

Last thing: billing is owner only. Admins and members can see plans, invoices, and usage, but only the org owner can change the plan or buy credits. If a billing button looks greyed out for you, that is almost always why.
