Account & Organisation

After this chapter you can set up your organisation, invite your team, and give each person the right access and spending limits.

Everything you make in Pinnora lives inside an organisation: your projects, your brand details, every creative you generate, your teammates, and one shared pool of credits. Your login is a separate thing. One login can sit inside several organisations, and the real work always happens inside one of them at a time.

Think of your login as a keycard and an organisation as a floor of the building. The same card can get you onto more than one floor, but the desks, files, and shared budget belong to the floor, not to the card.

This chapter goes in order. You sign in, create an organisation, and find the settings that live on its home page. Then comes the team side: inviting people, choosing their roles, limiting them to certain projects, and capping what each one can spend.

Two things are worth saying plainly up front. Pinnora has no separate settings page; settings are tabs on the organisation home, reached through the view control at the top. And live co-editing, the kind with other people's cursors moving on screen, is built but switched off by default, so this chapter teaches the collaboration that genuinely works today and stays honest about where the live layer stops.
