How teams work together today
The collaboration that works right now is asynchronous, and you have already met every piece of it in this chapter. Everyone in the organisation shares the same projects, the same credit pool, and the same creative history. Project visibility and per-member scope decide who sees which projects. Roles decide who can change what. Put those together and you have the real, shipped way teams work in Pinnora: not everyone hovering over one screen at once, but a shared folder everyone can reach, with each person's access set deliberately.
About live co-editing
Pinnora does have a live presence layer, the kind that shows teammates' cursors and edits moving inside a project in real time. It is built. It is also turned off by default, and it only runs on a deployment where someone has explicitly switched it on for that environment.
What that means for you
Do not build your workflow around live cursors unless your operator has confirmed the feature is enabled for your environment. For day-to-day teamwork, lean on the parts that are always on: shared projects, roles, project scope, and credit caps.
If you expected to see a teammate's cursor and nothing showed up, that is the flag being off, not a bug. Two people can still work in the same project at the same time; they simply will not watch each other move in real time, the way a shared drive lets everyone edit files without showing live pointers on the page. The troubleshooting help explains how to confirm what is switched on for you.
