Account & Organisation
Your login and your workspace are two different things
Signing in gets you through the door. It does not, on its own, give you anything to work on. Your projects, brand details, creatives, and credits all live inside an organisation that you either create or get invited to. Keep these two ideas apart: the account you log in with is not the same as the workspace you work in. One login can belong to several organisations, so where you sign in stays constant while the workspace around you can change.
Ways to sign in
Pinnora runs sign-in through Supabase and gives you a few routes, so you can use whatever your team already has:
- Continue with Google, X, or Facebook.
- Email and password.
- A magic link, which emails you a one-time sign-in link so you skip the password entirely.
- Single sign-on (SSO/SAML) for companies that route every login through their own identity provider.
Pick any of them and you end up in the same spot: inside Pinnora, choosing or creating an organisation.
If your company uses SSO
SSO is configured once for the whole organisation, not set up by each person. An owner or admin turns it on in the organisation's security settings, and then the team signs in through it. If you are the one setting it up, the security and SSO help covers that side in detail.
