Account & Organisation
What an organisation actually holds
An organisation is the top-level container in Pinnora, and almost everything you care about lives inside it: your projects, your brand details, every creative you generate, your teammates, and a single shared credit balance. None of it belongs to you personally. It belongs to the organisation. When you invite someone in, they join that container and spend from the same credit pool you do.
A useful way to picture it: an organisation is a shared company account, not a personal one. The money in it is the team's money, and anyone you add can reach into the same till.
Creating one
Open the New organisation flow and give it a name. That is the whole setup. You become its owner. You can belong to more than one organisation and jump between them from the workspace switcher, which is handy when you run separate brands or work with more than one company.
How many you can own
There is a limit on how many organisations one account can own, and it is set by your plan. The free plan lets you own two. Each paid tier adds one more, so starter owns three, climbing to seven on the agency plan. Enterprise is unlimited.
Being invited to an organisation does not count against that limit, so you can be a member of far more organisations than you own. Credits are billed and pooled at the organisation level and shared by everyone in it. The credits and billing chapter covers how that pool gets funded and tracked.
