Turn one winning ad into many variations
When an ad wins, the next move is not ten copies of it. It is a batch that holds what made it win and varies one thing at a time, so your next test tells you something.
1. Name what made it win
Look at the winner and decide what is load-bearing: the hook, the angle, the format, or the offer. That is the part you hold constant. Everything else is a candidate variable.
2. Change one variable per direction
Open the ad generator and brief it around the winning concept, then let the batch spread across the variables you did not pin. Vary the scene, or the hook style, or the layout, but keep the winning element fixed. A control you leave unset is varied per concept for you, which is exactly the spread you want here.
3. Generate a batch, not a pair
Ask for enough variations that the differences are real tests, not noise. Each concept in a batch is billed separately, so pick a count you are willing to pay for and that still gives a fair spread.
4. Test and keep score
Put the batch into a real test once you have an ad account connected. The ones that beat the control become the next round's starting point. This is the loop that compounds: winner, controlled batch, new winner.
