Chapter 01 · Start
After this chapter you can find your way around the Pinnora workspace and explain how a brief becomes research, strategy, and finished creatives.
6 lessons · 22 min
Pinnora is a workspace for making ads. You teach it one brand, it researches that brand's market and drafts a creative strategy, and from then on everything you make draws on that shared context: static ads, video, UGC-style clips, audio, documents, emails, and landing pages.
This chapter is the map. Before you make anything, it pays to know the few places you will actually spend your time: the organisation home where you check credits and your team, the projects where each brand lives, the studios where you make one specific thing, and Atlas, the chat agent that can run the work for you when you would rather describe a goal than operate the tools yourself.
It also sets expectations straight. Pinnora does a lot, but it is not one button that runs your marketing for you. Research and strategy start on their own the moment you create a project. Making creatives is something you drive. Performance numbers only show up once you connect a real ad account. Knowing which parts are automatic and which you steer will save you time in every chapter after this one.
After this chapter you can set up your organisation, invite your team, and give each person the right access and spending limits.
