Welcome to Pinnora
A way to picture the product
You will often hear Pinnora described as a loop: research, then strategy, then create, then review, then performance. It is a genuinely useful way to picture what the product does. Just hold it loosely, because a loop is a way to think, not a conveyor belt that runs on its own. Those five stages live in different places, and some happen automatically while others you drive.
What runs for you, and what you drive
Research and strategy start on their own when you create a project, as the last lesson covered. Create is the studios and Atlas, and that part is yours to drive. Review is the automatic quality check that looks over a finished creative and flags or fixes what is off. Those four stages are available to any new account from day one.
The honest limit on performance
Performance is the stage that works differently. Pinnora can only read how your ads are actually doing once you connect a real ad account and put ads live, which the launch and performance chapters handle later. Until you do that, there is no performance data to feed back into the loop, so for a brand-new account the circle does not close by itself. Treat the first four stages as where you start, and bring performance in once you are actually running ads.
