What the Documents tools really are

Explain what the Documents family actually is, and pick the right generator for a given piece of writing.

There is no blank canvas here

Pinnora has no Google Docs style page called Document Studio, and knowing that upfront saves you hunting for one. The name covers the Documents family in the left nav and a handful of generators that each write one finished document from a template. The main one is the Document generator. Next to it sit four siblings: the Slide deck generator, the Blog post generator, the Landing page generator, and the Script generator.

One run, one document

Think of it like ordering a specific dish off a menu rather than being handed an empty kitchen. You pick a type, write a short brief, and get back a single finished piece. You do not stack the document block by block on a canvas. Want a different angle? Run it again with a different brief, the same way you would re run an ad batch and compare the results.

It has its own engine

The Document generator does not ride the same pipeline that makes static ads and images. It runs on its own engine with its own queue, so a document run and a creative run can happen at the same time without one waiting on the other. The generator ships with more than 30 templates, everything from a tight one pager to a competitor teardown, a creative brief, or a board update.

What comes next

The rest of the chapter walks these in order: how to write a brief the engine can ground, the research and analysis types, the strategy and planning types, the brief and report types, the format siblings, slide decks, and finally editing and export.
