Chapter 09 · Create

Library

After this chapter you can find, filter, reuse, and trace the history of every creative your project has generated, and you know where uploads and brand assets actually live instead.

The word "library" sets the wrong expectation, so start here: the Library is the record of everything your project has made, not a folder you file things into. It fills on its own as you generate. You never drag anything in.

Picture a photographer's contact sheet. Every frame shot on the job shows up on it, in order, whether you keep it or not. The Library works the same way for a project. Each ad image, video, landing page, and voiceover lands as a tile the moment it finishes.

That framing matters because the Library deliberately does less than a file manager. It has no upload button, no search over your creatives by name, and it does not hold your logo or palette. Each of those lives somewhere else, and this chapter tells you exactly where instead of pretending the Library covers it.

By the end you will know the five tabs, the filter controls, the reuse actions on each tile, and the single path that turns a finished render into grounding for the next batch.

  1. What the Library isYou can open the Library and understand that it is a per-project grid of everything the project has generated, not a general file store.4 min
  2. The five library tabsYou can tell which tab a given creative lands in and that the Library stores generated outputs only.4 min
  3. Filter by tab and facetYou can narrow the grid using the tabs, the facet panel, and the phase chip, and you know the search box filters filter options rather than your creatives.5 min
  4. Reuse a creative from its tileYou can take any finished creative and send it back into work via Improvise, open-in-studio, Seer review, or the ads flow.5 min · has a tool to try
  5. Creative history and lineageYou can rely on the Library to keep every render, show in-flight work as placeholder tiles, and preserve lineage even after you hide something.4 min
  6. Feed a creative back as groundingYou can promote a finished Library image into the Reference Pack so future renders stay consistent with it.4 min
  7. Where uploads and brand assets actually liveYou know the Library holds generated outputs only, and you can find the real home for uploads, logos, palette, and reusable references.5 min
