Lesson 2 of 7 · 4 min

The five library tabs

You can tell which tab a given creative lands in and that the Library stores generated outputs only.

Sorted by kind, not by hand

Across the top of the grid sit five tabs, and a render drops into one of them the moment it finishes. The sorting goes by kind, so you never file a creative into a tab yourself. Picture a mailroom that puts each parcel into a labeled tray by what it is, not by who sent it.

Here is what each tray holds:

  • Ad Images is for copy-baked ad units: static ads, stories, banners, and carousels, plus the ad-prompt and ad-pack authoring files that describe them.
  • Brand Images is for reusable brand pixels and slide assets: plain images, thumbnails, and image decks.
  • Video is for video, motion, and UGC talking-head clips.
  • Docs & Pages is for landing pages, emails and email sequences, blog posts, and scripts.
  • Audio is for voiceovers, jingles (branded as Pinnora Music), and podcasts.

Outputs only

Every tab holds generated output and nothing else. The Library does not keep arbitrary files you bring in, and it does not keep the inputs you ground a project with. If a kind has no render yet, its tab is simply empty for that project. An empty Audio tab means you have not made audio here, not that something is broken.

One name trips people up, so catch it now. The Brand Images tab is named for the type of output, not for your brand kit. It holds brand-style images the project generated, like plain images, thumbnails, and decks. It does not hold your uploaded logo or palette. Those live in Brand Identity, and the last lesson in this chapter points you there.
