Where social performance shows up

Find organic post metrics after a post has gone out

The calendar has no numbers

There is no performance view inside the Social Media Manager, by design. This surface schedules posts and sends them out; it does not show likes, views, or reach. Checking the calendar for how a post did is like checking the mailbox you posted from for a reply. The letter left from here, but the answer arrives somewhere else.

Where the numbers land

A separate job runs once a day, at 07:00 UTC, and pulls per-post lifetime counters from YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, and Pinterest, then stores them with the rest of your performance data. Those organic numbers show up in the Ads Manager, sitting next to your paid results rather than here. So the loop is plain: schedule and publish on this calendar, then read how the posts did over in the Ads Manager.

What to expect today

Be patient with this part. Organic performance collection is early, and very little has been gathered so far. In production it is ten records, all from YouTube, all showing zero impressions and no spend. Treat the numbers as a seed that fills in as channels report back, not as a finished dashboard. If a post shows nothing, it may simply not have reported yet, or it may never have published at all, which you can confirm from the post's status back on the calendar.
