Where channels connect
You do not link channels from inside the calendar. They connect on the project's Integrations page, through each platform's normal sign-in screen. Once a channel is linked there, it shows up as a place you can post to in the composer. So the usual order is simple: connect on Integrations first, then come back and compose.
The channels you can reach
The calendar can post to LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, X, Pinterest, and Bluesky, plus a Facebook Page and Instagram through your Meta connection. Be realistic about today, though: the connections that genuinely work right now are LinkedIn, YouTube, and Pinterest. The rest light up only where the deployment has the right credentials in place, so a channel may read as not yet available until that setup is done. That is a limit of the plumbing, not something you did wrong.
Connections live in one project
A channel you connect belongs to the project you connected it under, the way a guest badge only works in the building that issued it. Link LinkedIn in one project and a sibling project still sees nothing. Connect the channel again in each project you plan to post from.
Who can connect
Linking and managing integrations is open to organization owners and admins only. If you are a member without that role, the connect controls simply will not be there. Rather than hunting for a button you cannot use, ask an owner or admin to link the channel for you.
