Social Media Manager
A calendar, not an ad tool
The Social Media Manager plans and sends your organic posts. It takes creatives you already made in the Studios and puts them on your social channels at the days and times you choose. It does not create ads, buy media, or spend an advertising budget. Think of it like the wall planner in a newsroom: it tells you what is going out and when, but it is not the desk where anyone pays to amplify a story. Paid advertising has its own home, the Ads Manager, and this calendar never reaches into it.
What you see
The main view is a month grid. It shows scheduled posts from fourteen days back through sixty days ahead, so last week's posts and next month's plan sit on the same screen. Every post on the grid ties back to the creative it came from and the channel it is heading to. Click one and its detail opens: you can read its status, retry it if it failed, or move it to a different time.
What belongs here
Come here when you have finished creatives and want them to land on LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, X, Pinterest, Bluesky, or a connected Facebook Page or Instagram account on a set schedule. Make the creative first in the Studio that fits it, then come back to this calendar to time it. If what you actually want is a paid campaign with spend and targets behind it, that is the Ads Manager, not this one.
