Projects
There is no brief document
Sooner or later you will go looking for a brief file on a project, the one document you write once and reuse. It is not there, and that is on purpose, so save yourself the search.
What does the job of a brief is two things working together. The first is the set of inputs you gave when you created the project: the niche, the country, the audience, and the product or offer. Those are what the research and strategy pass grounded on, and they steer every generation that follows.
Editing the brief after create
The second is the project overview, which you edit from the manage tab inside the project. This is where you revise the written summary of the brand and product after create. If your positioning shifts, or the description you gave at create time was rough, fix it here. Later generations read the corrected version.
So updating the brief in Pinnora means two concrete moves: fixing the create inputs where they are still editable, and editing the overview in the manage tab. There is no separate brief editor beyond those two.
When to revisit it
Revisit the overview when the product changes, when you move into a new market, or when the brand voice has drifted from what the scrape first captured. Think of it like the pinned note at the top of a shared doc: nobody admires it, but when it is current, everyone downstream stays on the same page. A clear overview is what keeps a project's output honest to the brand as things move.
