The guided create flow
You start a new project from the Projects list by choosing to create one. There is no long form waiting for you. Pinnora runs a short guided chat instead: it asks a few questions about your brand, fills in the rest itself, and starts the research and strategy pass in the background.
The two inputs that matter most
The chat collects several things, but two carry the weight: your niche and your country or region. The research pipeline cannot run without both. Niche tells it which market to study; country tells it where that market is. Leave either vague and the pipeline has nothing solid to build on, so the grounding comes back thin.
Be specific with the niche. "Sleep supplements for shift workers" grounds far better than "health". Treat it like the search term you would type when you want the sharpest possible results: broad words return broad answers. The tighter the niche, the tighter everything downstream.
A landing page URL is not required, but add it when you have one. It is the single richest thing the brand scrape reads, and it spares you typing brand details by hand.
What happens after you submit
Creating a project does real work, so this step takes longer than a normal page click while the research fans out. When it settles, you land in the project workspace. The research may still be finishing in the background, which is normal, and you can start looking around while it fills in.
You do not need every field perfect on day one. Niche and country get you a working project, and you can refine the rest from the brand and manage surfaces later.
