Pinnora's aspect ratio converter reframes a video to 9:16, 16:9, 1:1 or 4:5, each pinned to an exact output frame. Black bars scales the picture up and crops from the centre so the frame comes out full; blur fill and colour fill keep the whole picture and pad the sides instead. It re-stitches in one pass to a new MP4.

Choose file takes any video off your disk; Open from project opens a render already in the workspace with no upload at all.
Export aspect ratio holds Source, 9:16, 16:9, 1:1 and 4:5, and each pins an exact frame: 1080 by 1920 through 1080 by 1350.
Black bars scales up and crops from the centre so nothing is padded. Blur fill puts a blurred copy behind the fitted picture; Colour fill pads to a swatch.
Re-stitch and save runs the reframe as one ffmpeg pass and lands a new MP4, leaving the source as it was. Save version snapshots the edit first.
