Research
The Sources page
Research lives on a project's Sources page, and each of the five sections shows up as its own tile. A tile has a play button to run it, and while a run is in flight that becomes a stop button so you can cancel. Click the body of the tile and its output viewer opens.
The very first run is already done for you. Creating a project dispatches the whole research phase as part of bootstrap, so you normally arrive to find the sections running or finished.
Re-running one section without losing the rest
Often you only need to refresh one thing: you edited the brand, or the product changed. Press play on that single tile. Pinnora re-runs only that section and patches the result back into the existing file. The sections you did not touch carry forward untouched, so you never burn good market or competitor work just to redo the avatar.
That is the honest mental model. Research is a set of section runs against one shared file, not a single all-or-nothing document you regenerate from zero. Re-running one section is like editing one chapter of a book instead of retyping the whole manuscript.
Doing it from chat
There is no run research command in the Atlas chat. Chat can re-run a run that already finished, and it can propose a plan, but the Sources page is the real control surface for starting and refreshing sections. When you want to ground a project properly, go there.
Every section run spends credits, the same as any other run, so refreshing all five has a real cost. Refresh the one section you actually changed rather than the whole phase whenever you can.
