Research told you the facts. Strategy decides what to say about them, and it is the layer that gives every ad something real to stand on.
Get one thing straight early: there is no single strategy button that prints one document. Strategy is a phase made of several pieces, positioning, value translation, an objection map, and a concept lab, plus separate concept, hook, messaging, and offer work. Each piece runs on its own and lands as its own tile on the Sources page. Most of it runs automatically the first time you create a project, so you often arrive to find the work already done.
This chapter walks the whole chain: angles and concepts, hooks and messaging, pain points and objections, competitor intelligence, and offers. Then it covers what happens once a creative exists, how Seer judges it and how you iterate without losing earlier versions.
You will spend most of this chapter on the Sources page. The studios in later chapters are where these outputs turn into finished ads.
After this chapter you can set up a project's Brand Foundation (voice, colors, logo, positioning) and understand how it grounds every creative Pinnora makes.
