Integrations
Where it lives
Open a project, then click Integrations in the left navigation. Every connection between Pinnora and the outside world lives on this one page, and nowhere else.
Three sections, top to bottom
The page is a stack of accordions in three groups, and the order is deliberate. MCP servers sit at the top, because they change what Atlas, the chat assistant, can do. Channels come next: the ad platforms and social accounts you publish to, like Meta, Google, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and YouTube. Tools and vendors sits last: SaaS products such as Webflow, Shopify, Klaviyo, HubSpot, Notion, Slack, and Google Analytics.
Think of the page as a patch panel. Every wire from an outside service lands here, grouped and labeled, so when something needs reconnecting you know exactly where to look.
Connections are per project
What you connect is tied to the project you are in, not shared across your whole organization. Connect Shopify under one project and it will not show up already connected under a sibling project. If you run several projects, plan to wire up each one where you actually need the connection.
Who can connect
Connecting, changing, or removing anything here is limited to organization owners and admins. Members can open the page and see what is connected, but the Connect and Disconnect buttons are hidden for them, and they get a read-only notice instead. If you are a member and need a platform wired up, ask an owner or admin on your team. It is the same role gate that governs ad accounts and billing, so if you can manage the team, you can manage connections.
