Two ways in
Every row connects one of two ways, and the row tells you which. Most platforms use OAuth: you click Connect, approve access on the provider's own login screen, and come back to Pinnora holding a live token. A few use an API key instead, which you copy from the vendor's dashboard and paste in.
The difference is worth picturing. OAuth is like showing your ID at the provider's own front desk and being handed a visitor badge. An API key is a spare key you copy yourself and hand over. Both get Pinnora in the door, but OAuth leaves the provider in charge of the lock.
Start with what is proven
The hub lists several ad platforms and sixteen SaaS vendors, but not all of them are configured in every deployment. In practice the connections that are live and used today are Meta, Google, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and YouTube, plus MCP servers. Start there. The rest of the list works only where your deployment has set up that vendor's credentials, and a row that is not ready shows "Not available yet" in place of a Connect button. TikTok is listed but has no production connections yet, so treat it as not configured.
Meta is a chain, not a click
Meta is the one that takes patience. Its row walks you through a short setup chain: connect the account, attach an ad account, choose a Facebook or Instagram page, then set up a campaign and ad set. Work straight down and finish every step. Stop halfway and later publishing has no target to send to.
If you are a member
Only owners and admins see the Connect buttons. As a member you will see the rows, read their status, and hand the actual connecting to an admin.
