Lesson 2 of 7 · 5 min

Creating your first app

Turn a plain-language description into a generated, previewable app.

Start with a prompt

Creating an app is just a chat message. Type what you want in the builder's chat on the left and send it. You do not describe files or frameworks. You order the dish, not the recipe: say "a waitlist page for a dog-food brand with an email capture and three benefit cards," and that is enough to start.

What the builder sends

Your prompt does not travel alone. The builder attaches your project context, your brand and research details, so the generated app matches the project you are working in instead of a generic template. A few seconds later it returns the generated files and a live preview URL you can open right away.

The model behind it

The builder's copilot runs on a strong general coding model, openai/gpt-5.4. You do not choose it. It is set for code quality on this surface. Like every generation in Pinnora, a build spends credits, so treat each one as a real run rather than a free scratchpad.

Where the result lives

When the build finishes, it is saved as a landing-page creative in your project. The preview shows up in the canvas on the right, the files appear in the middle pane, and the whole thing joins your project history. Come back a week later, open it from the Library, and pick up iterating where you left off.

A good first prompt

Be concrete about the one job the page does. Name the audience, the single action you want a visitor to take, and any sections you already know you need. Everything else you refine by talking to the builder over several turns, which the iterating lesson covers.
