Cut a video on a real timeline instead of re-prompting it. A generated clip opens as Scene 1, Scene 2 and so on along one base Video lane, and you press Split at playhead, drag the two Trim handles, then set a Rate or type a precise multiplier in the Exact field. Transition to next holds eight options, from Crossfade and Dip to black through Clock wipe and Zoom. + Video adds a picture-in-picture lane, + Audio brings Volume, Fade in and Fade out, and + Text and + Shape sit above them. Turn Captions on, pick one of 15 styles, set the export aspect ratio, and Re-stitch & save writes an H.264 MP4 back into the project.

A generated video arrives pre-cut as Scene 1, Scene 2 and so on, packed in order along the base Video lane. Add to it from the Media panel: Upload media for a local file, or the plus beside anything in its Video and Audio lists.
Park the playhead and hit Split at playhead, then pull the two Trim handles to set in and out. Drag the Rate slider or type into Exact for millisecond pacing, and use the speed curve for a ramp. Pick Transition to next and its Duration.
+ Video opens an overlay lane whose Picture-in-picture block has Size, X and Y. + Audio gives Volume, Fade in, Fade out, plus Duck under other audio once a second audio clip exists. + Text and + Shape add titles, shapes and stickers. Detach audio splits a clip's sound off.
Switch Captions on, then set Lines to 1 or 2 and choose a Placement and Style. Pick the export aspect ratio, and if it pads, set Blur fill or Colour fill. Re-stitch & save bakes every lane into one MP4; Save version keeps a revertible snapshot.
