Pinnora's AI podcast generator turns an episode spine into a finished audio episode. Episode spine is one field: the question the hosts are arguing about, plus where each of them stands. Hosts starts at 2 and runs to 4, Length goes up to 60 minutes and starts at 10, Vibe sets the register (Conversational, Debate, Interview, Explainer, Storytelling), and Brand weave decides how often your product comes up. Subtle, the default, is one passing mention across the whole episode, never a sponsor read. The run writes an outline, scripts each segment as speaker turns, voices the hosts with Pinnora Voice, and returns one MP3 plus a speaker transcript. Every turn carries its start time, so clicking a line seeks the audio.
The tool is open above. This is the short version of what to do with it.
The Episode spine field wants 40 to 80 words: the question the hosts disagree about, and where each of them stands. A topic list gives you a flat read. "Are teams over-tooled, and does more software hide the real problem" gives them an argument to have.
Hosts is a ruler from 1 to 4 and starts at 2. Length is a ruler that goes up to 60 minutes and starts at 10. Length drives the structure: the outline pass plans about one segment per three minutes, between 4 and 12 of them.
Vibe sets the register: Conversational, Debate, Interview, Explainer or Storytelling. Brand weave controls how often your product comes up. None keeps it pure editorial, Subtle allows one passing mention across the episode, Moderate allows a few. The mention never lands in the cold open or the close.
Generate queues the run: an outline, then per-segment scripting, then voicing. The episode lands in the project with the player on the left and a speaker-labeled transcript on the right. Click any line to jump the audio there, then download episode.mp3 or transcript.md.
