What each connection unlocks
You can decide which connections are worth making for your workflow.
Not every available connection is worth making. Each one is a permission grant and a thing that can break, so it should buy you something specific.
Steps
- List the tools you open in a normal week.
- For each, write down what you would stop doing by hand if it were connected.
- Connect the ones with a real answer.
- Skip the ones where the answer is vague.
The categories
Ad platforms let creative go out and numbers come back. Social platforms let scheduled posts publish. Storage and asset tools reduce the copying of files between places.
What to watch for
Connections you made and never used are still permission grants. If it is not buying you anything, disconnect it.
