The brief here is called What the email must drive, and it takes the outcome, the reader and the one action. Emails is a ruler: leave it at 1 for a single send, set it to 5 and the button reads Generate 5, which plans a drip and then writes each message in full. Goal starts on Trial activation and also holds Book a demo, Direct purchase, Re-engagement and Announcement. Tone starts on Warm + personal. Leave Subject line and Preheader blank and the model writes both. Type them and they come back word for word. CTA URL and From name are the two fields no prefill will guess. You get table-layout HTML with inline styles, a plaintext mirror and a .eml you can open in Outlook.
The tool is open above. This is the short version of what to do with it.
The brief is labeled What the email must drive, and Generate stays disabled while it is empty, with the footer naming the field it is waiting on. Name the outcome, who is on the list and the single action. The placeholder: welcome SaaS trial signups, get them to their first aha in one click.
Both sit under the Goal heading. The Emails ruler starts at 1, a single send, and runs to 20. Anything above 1 becomes a timed drip, typically day 0, 1, 3, 6 and 10. Goal starts on Trial activation and also offers Book a demo, Direct purchase, Re-engagement and Announcement.
The Voice and subject group holds Tone: Casual + direct, Warm + personal as the default, Punchy marketer, Founder-honest, Professional + formal. Subject line and Preheader sit under it and both are optional. Blank means the model writes a 42-character subject and a preheader that extends it.
CTA URL and From name are the two fields no prefill will touch, since a guessed link sends real people somewhere wrong. Type the real destination and it becomes the button link and the footer view-in-browser link. From name rides the sender line and the .eml header you download.
